I believe that supervision needs to be held in a supportive environment in which the supervisee can build on their own skills and insights as a practitioner, and a space in which the supervisee can reflect on any aspect of their work with clients and their relationship, thus allowing supervisees increase the therapeutic benefit to clients. I welcome enquiries from student counsellors in training and I have experience in providing the extra support and mentoring which may be required.
